Dr Lal Pathlabs receives NCLT approval for scheme of amalgamation
Dr Lal Pathlabs announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench-Il has, vide its order dated March 17, 2023, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between Dr. Lal PathLabs (Transferee Company) and APL Institute of Clinical Laboratory & Research Private Limited (Transferor Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of Transferee Company.
