Ganesh Housing Corporation has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Government of Gujarat under the Vibrant Gujarat IT Summit 2006 for development of IT and ITES SEZ under the name and style of "Million Minds" to be located at B/h Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

"MILLION MINDS" IT and ITES SEZ will spread over 125 acre and will involve investment of about Rs 700 crore.
