Metro Brands allots 3248 equity shares under ESOP
Metro Brands has allotted 3248 equity shares under ESOP on 21 February 2023. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,358,661,780 (consisting of 271,732,356 equity shares of Rs. 5 each).
