Mahindra Lifespace Developers has allotted 31,300 equity shares under ESOS. Pursuant to above allotment, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,72,90,530 to Rs. 154,76,05,350 and subscribed & paid-up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 154,57,58,640 to Rs. 154,60,71,640.
