Ujjivan Small Finance Bank announces closure of QIP issue
Approves issue price of Rs 21 per equity share
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank announced the closure of the QIP issue today i.e. 15 September 2022. The Bank approved the issue price of Rs 21 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 11 per equity share), which takes into account a discount of 4.24% (i.e. Rs 0.93 equity share) to the floor price of Rs 21.93 per equity share, for the equity share to be allotted to the eligible qualified institutional buyers in the Issue
