Board of Medicamen Biotech approves allotment of 4.34 lakh shares and 63,500 warrants
At meeting held on 12 September 2022
The Board of Medicamen Biotech at its meeting held on 12 September 2022 has approved the allotment of 4,34,500 equity share for cash at an issue price of Rs. 709/- per equity share by way of preferential allotment. The Board also approved the allotment of 63,500 fully convertible warrants each carrying a right to subscribe to one equity share per warrant, for cash at an issue price of Rs. 709/- per warrant by way of preferential allotment.
