Mahindra CIE Automotive has allotted 1,83,344 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOS. Consequent to the allotment the issued
capital increased from Rs. 3,79,13,49,800 to Rs. 3,79,31,83,240 and the subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company increased from Rs. 3,79,13,40,350 to Rs. 3,79,31,73,790.
