Zee Entertainment receives OK from stock exchanges for composite scheme of arrangement
Zee Entertainment Enterprises has received the approval of the stock exchanges (BSE / NSE) on 29 July 2022 for the proposed Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Zee Entertainment Enterprises (Transferor Company No. 1), Bangla Entertainment (Transferor Company No.2) and Culver Max Entertainment (formerly Sony Pictures Networks India (Transferee Company), and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
