Hitech Plast at its board meeting held on 20 October, 2006 has approved the sale, lease or otherwise disposal of the PPMF unit at Sarigam, to Clear Plastics, a wholly owned subsidiary, at a consideration not exceeding Rs 0.4 crore as the board of directors may think fit, subject to the approval of shareholders.
