Board of Tube Investments of India approves further investment in subsidiary
The Board of Tube Investments of India in its meeting held on 18 July 2022 has approved a further investment of up to Rs. 150 crore in the equity share capital of TI Clean Mobility (TICMPL), wholly owned subsidiary of the company and provision of Inter-Corporate Deposit of an amount not exceeding Rs. 100 crore to TICMPL.
