Board of Mahindra Logistics approves incorporation of wholly owned subsidiaries
At meeting held on 18 July 2022
The Board of Mahindra Logistics at its meeting held on 18 July 2022 has approved the incorporation of new Wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, one each in India and United Kingdom. This, in line with the Company's vision, will enable the Company to further address growth opportunities in logistics and will also establish international presence.
