CARE Ratings has allotted 2,333 equity shares under ESOS. The paid-up share capital of the company will accordingly increase from Rs. 29,64,65,470/- consisting of 2,96,46,547 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 29,64,88,800/- consisting of 2,96,48,880 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
