One 97 Communications has allotted 41,963 equity shares under ESOP on 30 June 2022. Consequent to aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased from Rs 64,88,30,497 (consisting of 64,88,30,497 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each) to Rs 64,88, 72,460 (consisting of 64,88, 72,460 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each).
