Board of ITI approves allotment of 83.12 lakh shares to Govt. of India
At its meeting held on 25 May 2022
The Board of ITI at its meeting held on 25 May 2022 has approved the allotment of 83,21,279 issued at Rs 86/- (Rs 10 face value and premium of Rs 76) to the President of India, against capital grant of Rs 71,56,30,000 received from Government of India. The Capex receipt of Rs. 71,56,30,000 and allotment of equity shares is made pursuant to BIFR order dated 08 January 2013.
