Board of Capri Global Capital to consider fund raising options
On 21 May 2022
The Board of Capri Global Capital will meet on 21 May 2022 to consider proposal of fund raising by way of equity shares or other securities through rights issue and/or private placement including issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, qualified institutions placement or any other method as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including shareholders' approval, if applicable.
