Board of AAVAS Financiers to consider fund raising via debt route
On 05 May 2022
The Board of AAVAS Financiers will meet on 05 May 2022 to consider raising of funds by way of debt by issuance of Non-convertible Debentures, bonds, and/ or other debt securities etc. on private placement basis, in one or more tranches/issuances/series as per business requirement of the Company, in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
