Black Box approves Split of Equity Shares
From Rs.10 to Rs.2
The Board of Black Box at its meeting held on 14 March 2022 has approved the proposal for Sub division/ Split of Equity Shares of the Company from face value of Rs. 10/- each into Equity Shares of face value of Re. 2/- each, subject to the approval of the members of the Company through the ensuing postal ballot.
