Board of TARC approves increase in borrowing limit up to Rs 3000 cr
At meeting held on 10 March 2022
The Board of TARC at its meeting held on 10 March 2022 has approved the increase in borrowing limit of the company up to Rs 3000 crore. The Board also approved issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.
