Tube Investments of India participates in rights issue of subsidiary - TI Clean Mobility
Tube Investments of India announced that the Board of TI Clean Mobility, a wholly owned subsidiary, has today (2 March 2022) allotted 9,95,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Company viz., Tube Investments of India pursuant to subscription to the rights issue by the Company.
