Board of Escorts approves preferential allotment of 93.63 lakh shares to Kubota Corporation
At meeting held on 18 February 2022
The Board of Escorts at its meeting held on 18 February 2022 has approved the allotment of 93,63,726 equity shares on preferential basis for an aggregate consideration of Rs 1872.74 crore to Kubota Corporation.
