Board of Shyam Metalics & Energy recommends Second Interim Dividend
Of Rs.2.25 per share
Shyam Metalics & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 February 2022, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.2.25 per share (i.e.22.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
