Board of Emami approves buyback of shares up to Rs 162 cr
At meeting held on 03 February 2022
The Board of Emami at its meeting held on 03 February 2022 has approved the buyback of the company's fully paid equity shares for an aggregate amount of Rs 162 crore. The buyback price will not exceed Rs 550 per equity share. The indicative maximum number of equity shares proposed to be bought back would be 29,45,455 shares at Rs. 550 per share.
