JK Paper raises Rs 125 cr via private placement of NCDs
JK Paper has allotted 12,500 rated, unlisted, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating Rs 125 crore on private placement basis on 13 December 2021.
