Wanbury has called a meeting of the board of directors on September 07, 2006, to consider and approve a corporate loan of Rs 20 crores from State Bank of India, Mumbai.

Board will also discuss to convene an Extra-ordinary General Meeting to get the approval of shareholders for the scheme of merger of Doctors Organic Chemicals.
