Swan Energy to divest its entire stake in subsidiary, Swan Desilting
Swan Energy has decided to divest its 100% stake in one of its wholly owned subsidiary, Swan Desilting, not being a material subsidiary. Consequently, Swan Desilting will cease to be a subsidiary of the company.
