Board of Kesoram Industries approves making first and final call on partly paid shares
At meeting held on 20 November 2021
The Board of Kesoram Industries at its meeting held on 20 November 2021 has approved making the first and final call of Rs 25 per partly paid equity share (including premium of Rs 20 per share). The call payment period being 21 December 2021 to 04 January 2021.
