Persistent Systems completes acquisition of Shree Infosoft
Persistent Systems announced that it has completed the acquisition of Shree Infosoft. The company's wholly owned subsidiary Persistent Systems Inc. USA has acquired the assets of Shree Partners LLC, USA, Parent company of Shree Infosoft.
