Keosram Industries decides to redeem NCDs aggregating Rs 55 cr
The Fund Raising Committee of Directors of Keosram Industries at its meeting held today i.e. 03 November 2021 inter alia approved the early partial redemption of first tranche 16,035 Senior Secured Listed Rated and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs. 55 crore, which was due on 30 November 2021.
