Edelweiss appointed Manager for Reliance's open offer for Sterling and Wilson Solar
Edelweiss Financial Services has been appointed as the Manager to an open offer for acquisition of up to 4,91,37,420 equity shares (representing 25.90%) of Sterling and Wilson Solar (target company) from the public shareholders by Reliance New Energy Solar together with Reliance Industries and Reliance Ventures at a price of Rs 375 per share aggregating to a total consideration of Rs 1842.65 crore payable in cash.
