Board of Savita Oil Technologies approves acquisition of Savita Polymers
At meeting held on 20 July 2021
The Board of Savita Oil Technologies at its meeting held on 20 July 2021 has approved acquisition of up to 100% of equity share of Savita Polymers (SPL), other than the shares of SPL already held by the Company, at an enterprise value of the business of SPL at Rs.80 crore plus cash and cash equivalents and fair value of investments of SPL as on the date of closing of the said transaction.
