Board of Brightcom Group approves bonus issue in ratio of 1:4
At meeting held on 28 June 2021
The Board of Brightcom Group at its meeting held on 28 June 2021 has approved and recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4 i.e. one bonus share for every four equity shares held.
