The Board of Orient Refractories at its meeting held on 25 June 2021 has approved the allotment of 4,08,57,131 equity shares pursuant to scheme of amalgamation between RHI India Private Limited, RHI Clasil
Private Limited and the Company.
In accordance with the Scheme and pursuant to its effectiveness, the authorised capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 12,05,00,000 divided into 12,05,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each to Rs. 30,80,00,000 divided into 30,80,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
Post the above allotment, the paidĀ]up equity capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 160,996,331 consisting of 160,996,331 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
