Home First Finance Company India allots 17,754 equity shares under ESOP
Home First Finance Company India has allotted 17,754 Equity shares of Rs. 2 each on 22 June 2021 pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under ESOP II Scheme of the Company.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs.174,963,238 consisting of Rs. 8,74,81,619 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 174,998,746 consisting of 8,74,99,373 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2 each.
