Board of R Systems International recommends dividend
Of Rs 2.5 per share
R Systems International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 June 2021, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
