Agenda for board meeting of Gufic BioSciences
To be held on 04 June 2021
The Board of Gufic BioSciences will hold a board meeting on 04 June 2021 to approve the allotment of 1,91,14,506 Equity Shares of Re. 1/-earh to the shareholders of Gufic Lifesciences (Transferor Company) pursuant to the order passed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad bench dated 31 December 2020 and NCLT Mumbai bench dated 11 March 2021, sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Transferor Company with Gufic Biosciences and their respective shareholders and creditors
