Board of Fine Organic Industries recommends special dividend
Of Rs 5 per share
Fine Organic Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2021, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 5 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
