Godrej Industries allots NCDs aggregating Rs 750 cr
On private placement basis
Godrej Industries has allotted 7500 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having Face Value of Rs.10,00,000 each, at par, aggregating to Rs.750 crore on private placement basis on 14 May 2021.
