Board of Apollo Tyres approves NCD issuance up to Rs 1000 cr
At meeting held on 12 May 2021
The Board of Apollo Tyres at its meeting held on 12 May 2021 has approved to seek shareholders approval for private placement of non-convertible debentures not exceeding Rs 1000 crore within overall borrowing limits of the company.
