Board of Anant Raj approves allotment of 2.90 cr convertible warrants
At meeting held on 05 May 2021
The Board of Anant Raj at its meeting held on 05 May 2021 has approved the allotment of 2.90 crore fully convertible warrants of face value of Rs 2 each on receipt of 25% of the issue price from allottees, carrying a right o subscribe to one equity share per warrant, for cash at an issue price of Rs.56.35/- (including premium of Rs. 54.35/-) per warrant, on preferential basis to persons belonging to 'Promoter and Promoter group' and 'Non-Promoter' (allottees) on receipt of 100% of issue price from the allottees.
