Board of Astec Lifesciences recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.1.50 per share
Astec Lifesciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2021, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
