Board of Central Bank of India approves preferential issue of shares to GoI
At meeting held on 20 April 2021
The Board of Central Bank of India at its meeting held on 20 April 2021 has approved raising of equity issuance and allotment of, upto 2,80,53,76,972 equity shares of the face value Rs.10 each at the issue price of Rs.17.11 per equity share including premium of Rs.7.11 per equity share aggregating to Rs.4800 crore to President of India (Government of India) on preferential basis.
