Kesoram Industries allots OCDs aggregating Rs 459.90 cr
On private placement basis
Kesoram Industries has allotted 4,599 Secured Optionally Convertible Debentures of a face value of Rs.10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs.459.90 crores on private placement basis on 16 March 2021.
