Jaiprakash Associates allots 1.17 cr equity shares on conversion of FCCBs
Jaiprakash Associates has allotted 1,17,80,740 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the company on conversion of FCCBs. With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs 488,84,75,430.
