Jaiprakash Power Ventures cancels Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds
Jaiprakash Power Ventures announced the cancellation of Foreign Currency Convertible Bond issued in 2009-10 for USD 200 million following the completion of the extended claim period for conversion of the bonds into equity shares available to the bond holders on 11 February 2021.
