Board of ITI approves allotment of 84.03 lakh equity shares to GoI
At meeting held on 09 February 2021
The Board of ITI at its meeting held on 09 February 2021 has approved the allotment of 84,03,361 equity shares issued at Rs 124.95 to the President of India, against capital grant of Rs 105 crores received from Government of India. The Capex receipt of Rs. 105 crore and allotment of equity shares is made pursuant to BIFR order dated 08 January 2013.
