Board of GE Power India approves acquisition of 50% stake in NTPC GE Power Services
At meeting held on 08 February 2021
The Board of GE Power India at its meeting held on 08 February 2021 has accorded in-principle approval for the acquisition of 50% equity shares of GE Power Systems GmbH held in NTPC GE Power Services (50:50 joint venture company between NTPC and GE Power Systems GmbH).
