V-Mart Retail opens QIP issue
With floor price of Rs 2432.84 per equity share
V-Mart Retail announced the opening of QIP issue on 28 January 2021 with floor price of Rs 2432.84 per share. The investment Committee of the company is scheduled to be held on or after 02 February 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the issue price, including a discount for the equity shares to be allotted to qualified institutional buyers, pursuant to the issue.
