Board of PG Electroplast approves preferential issue of warrant aggregating Rs 9 cr
At meeting held on 25 January 2021
The Board of PG Electroplast at its meeting held on 25 January 2021 has approved the Preferential Issue of up to 6,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants, each carrying a right exercisable by the Warrant holder to subscribe to one Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10 per Warrant, at an issue price (including the warrant subscription price and the warrant exercise price) of Rs. 150 per Warrant aggregating to Rs. 9 crore.
