Security & Intelligence Services India allots 1.26 lakh equity shares under ESOP
Security & Intelligence Services India has allotted 126,080 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on 18 December 2020 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,75,45,710/- divided into 14,75,09,142 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
