Board of Astec Lifesciences appoints directors
At meeting held on 18 December 2020
The Board of Astec Lifesciences at its meeting held on 18 December 2020 has appointed Nandkumar Vasant Dhekne [Director Identification Number (DIN): 02189370] and Anjali Rajesh Gupte [Director Identification Number (DIN): 00104884] as “Additional Directors - Non-Executive & Independent” for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from 18th December, 2020 upto 17 December, 2025, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
